Our countryside-setting backyard provides plenty of space for tents, tables, and chairs, and plenty of shade from the trees to keep your event cool during warm summer days.
For event rentals, the home can be rented by the hour, day, or weekend. Hourly rental starts at $60* per hour or $450* for an 8-hour event. For more than 8 hours or weekend rental, please call us for a quote.
Looking to rent the home for a vacation or business trip? We can do that for you as well. The Vacation Home is available for overnight stays (2 night minimum) at a nightly rate of $600* and weekly rate of $3,000*. Need longer than a week? Call us for a quote.

Sue Ellen & Jill are the best! I got married this summer and I couldn't have done it without the both of them! For starters, Sue Ellen SAVED my dress. She had to do some MAJOR alterations. But after four or so dress fittings, she was able to put my dress to exactly how I wanted it! And for a great price!
My bridesmaids & I rented out the Vacation House for the night before the wedding and for the morning of to get hair & make up done there. I CANNOT TELL YOU ENOUGH HOW PERFECT THIS PLACE WAS! I would recommend to any and everyone to stay there! The place is so cute, and has plenty of room! There were 9 of us who stayed the night and 11 of us who got hair and make up done and there was so much space for us, plenty of showers/bathrooms. Seriously, you're doing yourselves a disservice by not staying here.
I also had Jill at the Garden Gate Boutique do some embroidery for the monograms on my bridesmaids getting ready shirts (beautiful, and again, for a great price!)
Lastly, we also had family stay during our wedding weekend at the Bed & Breakfast - everyone enjoyed their stay and were very comfortable!
