Check-In/Check-Out Time

• No specific check-in time but we do ask that you give us an estimate so we can anticipate your arrival.

• Check-out time is 11 a.m., unless you make arrangements in advance.

 

Vacation Home & Event Rental Rates

• Overnight Stays - $600*/nightly with a 2-night stay minimum

• Weekly Rental - $4,000* for a 7-day, 6-night stay

• Daily Event Rentals – Starts at $60*/hour or $450* for an 8-hour event

  

Cancellation Policy

• We will charge the full rate of your rental fee unless we receive your cancellation notice 7 days before your arrival date.

• We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

 

Children & Pets

• Children accompanied by adults are welcome; however, we are unable to accommodate pets.

• No smoking is allowed inside the house.
