With ample space, the Garden Gate Vacation Home is ideal for a weekend getaway, family vacation, couples retreat, extended business trip, and more.  Our spacious Vacation Home accommodates up to 10 guests quite comfortably with:

 

• 5 bedrooms, includes a spacious master suite with private bathroom 

  • 3 rooms have queen beds, 1 has a twin, and 1 has a set of twins

• 4 bathrooms

• Large living room with small dining table (great for board games or building puzzles)

• Open concept kitchen with a rectangle dining table that seats 10+

• Private office space

• Dry beauty parlor

• Enclosed-screened porch

 

Our Vacation Home is also great for a short-term housing need. 

If you need a home for a lengthy business trip, temporary place

as your home is being remodeled, or if you’re in between homes,

we may be able to accommodate your needs.

 

As your home away from home, you’ll find all the amenities of

home, including a kitchen stocked with all you need to prepare

meals.  There are plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils, glassware,

coffee pot, French press, electric frying pan, pots and pans, towels,

dishcloths, placemats, and more.  Oh, and there’s even everything

you need to host a cocktail party.

 

Don’t want to fret over what to make for dinner?  For an additional

fee per person, it is possible to have your meals prepared for you by us.  Please make arrangements for this service in advance of your stay.

 

Located on an oversized, corner lot in the heart of Caro, you’re within walking distance from downtown, the movie theatre, several eateries, and much more.  Though you’re in town, the large lot and ample trees makes it feel like the countryside has moved to town.  After a day of sightseeing around the area, you can kick back under the trees on the outdoor patio or enjoy the evening on the porch.  Of course, either spot is also a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or tea.

 

The Vacation Home is available for overnight stays (2 night minimum) and event rentals.  Nightly rate is $600* and weekly rate is $3,000*.  Need longer than a week?  Call us for a quote.
